On August 1, 2026, the RZD Arena in Moscow hosted one of the most exciting matches of the group stage at the Moscow International Beach Soccer Cup. Lokomotiv Moscow faced Paraguay’s Sportivo Luqueño.
It was a game that had it all: speed, fierce competition, stunning goals, and an incredible atmosphere. Sand, sun, and stands full of fans this is exactly what I came to capture. The match kept everyone on edge until the final whistle, which confirmed Lokomotiv’s victory with a score of 6:4.
The support from the stands was especially impressive. Lokomotiv fans created a true festive atmosphere, charging up the players and making the match truly unforgettable. It was clear that for the team, this tournament was more than just a game it was a chance to show character and the will to win.
My lens captured the players' emotions, the intensity of the battles for the ball, and, of course, the goals. Beach soccer is a sport that’s impossible to shoot without a smile. Thank you to the organizers and the teams for this celebration!
